La Mirada SQUARE

La Mirada: Located at the southwest corner of Montgomery Blvd. and Wyoming Blvd. this was the redevelopment of an old shopping center into a modern mixed-use development promoting pedestrian connectivity. The new development provides needed commercial, and retail uses for this area as well as a new residential development. The site was subdivided into 66 town home lots and 8 commercial tracts.
