FedEx Ground

A FedEx Ground office and Warehouse/distribution facility was constructed in northwest Albuquerque. The 183,026-sf facility serves the Albuquerque and surrounding areas. It was developed on a 23+ acre site with dock-high and at-grade access on three sides of the building. The development required substantial coordination with the neighborhood associations and was designed to screen the industrial facility from the view of adjacent residential neighborhoods. A fueling facility was constructed on site to service the FedEx vehicles. Working closely with the neighborhoods, we were able to get the facility through the approval and entitlement process without any appeals or additional time from the original deadlines by the clients.
