TOP GOLF

Located near Montgomery Blvd. and Interstate 25 this was the site of the former Beach Waterpark and is the only Top Golf in New Mexico. 200,000 cubic yards of dirt was imported to bring the site up for better visibility from the interstate. Coordinated with the City of Albuquerque and the New Mexico Department of Transportation for access to the site from the major roadways and provide an area water quality pond. This was the second Top Golf site we assisted with the Civil and entitlement process. The work consisted of a Traffic Impact Study which analyzed 17 intersections as well as working with NMDOT on access to the I-25 Interchange frontage roadways and working with the City on a LEDA application and GRIP.
